I am going to have to spend 2-3 hours now to figure out how to do my hair because of this experience. Just very disappointed and upset that I’m left to complete my hair on a Sunday when I was expecting to have my hair done on Saturday by a professional. When I told her this she said “her ride is here so she can’t stay” to do the remainder of my crochet braids. Especially when I booked a crochet style and had been rescheduled 3 times at that point. She braided down my hair and then said she had to go? I was quite baffled and astounded because she had not previously mentioned that she was just going to cornrow my hair and leave me to do the rest. I then mention that I am able to do hair and have the ability (jokingly) to do hair rather than clarifying what I meant, she took that as me saying I was going to do my own crochet. So, I go on Sunday for her to do my crochet braids, in which she informs me when I get there it will be $30 more than what I booked because I am using standard crochet hair and not pre-looped. I then asked her if she needed more time and she said yes at least an hour, I then asked her if I could come back on the next day (Sunday) which she informed she doesn’t work on that day but she’s willing to to accommodate me. Just very unprofessional and poor time management. e was in the middle of doing someone else’s box braids.
She then moved that to 4pm on Saturday, when I arrived sh. I booked an appointment for Saturday at 3. This was not the experience that I wanted at all.
